We would like to introduce ourselves as a Company in the field of Manufacturing of Transformers since 2004. Company is located in Asia’s largest industrial belt & busiest city of Navi Mumbai. Our founder having experience of over 18 years from a pioneer Transformer Manufacturing Industry, Mumbai established first service unit in 2004, with a mere land of 2000 Sq ft & started with repairs of Oil Cooled Transformer.
With extensive hard work and dedication, achieved a milestone & started its dream project in 2004, we have made tremendous development in infrastructure to manufacture product.
Our success & growth has been mainly due to thrust & emphasis on Quality, which is never compromised to manufacture Zero Defect Transformers. We take pride in serving the Nation to make it selfreliant by contributing its efforts & reach the remotest part of rural area under its electrification projects. We have successfully executed export orders in countries like Afganistan, Bangladesh, Oman, philippines, Ghana, Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Tanzania, Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya, Ethiopia, South Africa.
Infrastructure
The plant is spread over 2000 sq ft. It has all the necessary Machineries for handling & producing transformers upto 10 MVA, 33 KV Class. The manufacturing facility comprises of EOT cranes 4 Nos. upto 50 Tonne, 2 Nos. winding machinery in assorted sizes, Vacuum & air forced ovens, Oil storage & filtration plant. The Testing facility comprises of power analyzer (make Yokogawa), Resistance meter (Make: SCOPE), High voltage tester (Make Automatic). With adequate infrastructure we have capacity to produce over 100 MVA Transformers per annum in assorted sizes.

Dry Type Transformer
These are specifically needed to be installed in distribution network for basement or stilts of high rise buildings, hotels, malls, stadium and airports. We manufacture up to 5000 KVA and up to 22 KV class in accordance with IS 11171, IS 2026, IEC 60076 Standard.

Unitised Substation
These are installed for locations where space, safety and aesthetics are a concern; population density is high, such as urban centre, projects / construction sites. We manufacture up to 2500 KVA and up to 33 KV class with Oil or Dry Type Transformers in accordance with IS 14786, IEC 61330 Standard.

Furnace Transformer
These are used for industrial application in chemical, acid manufacturing and ferrous & non ferrous casting, rolling electro pasting industries. We manufacture up to 10 MVA and up to 66 kV class in accordance with IS 2026, IS 12977, IS 4540 Standard.

Cast Resin Transformer
These are specifically needed to be installed in high–rise buildings, hotels, malls, and in polluted locations such as thermal plants and cement factories. We manufacture up to 5000 KVA and up to 33 KV class in accordance with IS 11171, IS 2026, IEC 60076 Standard.

Pad Mounted Substation
These exclusively applicable for localised consumers of electricity in distribution networks for installing in basement or stilts of high–rise buildings. We manufacture up to 2 MVA and up to 22 KV class with Oil & Dry Type Transformers in accordance with IS 14786 / IEC 61330 Standard.

Power transformer
